Role Description
We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our growing team. This is a full-time role, based in ’t Harde.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of projects across BSS’s defense and security domains. You will liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinating logistics and expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Overseeing inspection and compliance processes to meet MIL and quality standards
- Monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and resolving project challenges
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Supporting continuous improvement of project management and reporting processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management within a technical environment
- Strong skills in planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in expediting and logistics management across multi-vendor or multi-country supply chains
- Experience with inspection and quality assurance in MIL or high-tech projects is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage
- A proactive, structured, and hands-on approach suited for a dynamic and innovative organization
