SAFETY

The point of gravity is exceptionally low and therefore the risk of roll-overs reduced to a minimum. Patrolling and hunt- down of intruder missions were never more efficient before.

TRACK- OPERATED

The point of gravity is exceptionally low, and the Kevlar/ rubber made track provides optimum grip for precise power and speed control. The risk of roll-over or directional instability is reduced to a minimum.

The SAND-X T-ATV does NOT need any ground clearance and therefore has basically no difficulties to overcome any obstacles with the track being almost “unstuckable”.

ROAD USE

The T-ATV can be operated on roads without any restrictions. The TARAMC OPS system allows the driver to operate the T-ATV on roads for long distances with high speeds.

SNOW/ARCTIC CONDITIONSTATV snow

The T-ATV can be operated in arctic conditions and all kind of snow and ice. The track is similar to snowmobiles and is the perfect solution for a safe and fast operations during arctic conditions. The T-ATV can be driven on snow and no-snow terrains without any modifications needed.

UNMANNED OPERATIONS

The SMART T-ATV is equipped with the URS Laboratories remote control system, supported by 3-axis cameras, GPS tracking, two-way microphones, headset display, enables the operator to drive the vehicle remotely in dangerous situations and terrains. This capability is useful in allowing the human to be off the platform for dull or dangerous missions.

MINE CLEARANCE / MINE DETECTION

The T-ATV can be equipped with a scalable, modular detection system which is capable of detecting buried Anti Vehicle Mines (AVM) and Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) in a wide variety of soil conditions. Detection indications are presented on a Human Machine Interface which is designed to be simple to train and use with a typical indication from an Anti-Vehicle Mine.

The T-ATV1200 can be used for unmanned rapid personal mine clearance to provide a safe corridor to troops.

 

 

 

UNMANNED MEDICAL EVACUATION

TATV medevacThe T-ATV with its unique all-terrain ability and compact dimensions is the perfect unmanned system to carry out dangerous medical evacuation mission in rough and dangerous terrains. This system allows Medevac when all other options fail.

UNMANNED RESUPPLY SYSTEM

The ability to shuttle supplies between a main base and forward base, or forward base and operations area, is a key need in military operations.

BALLISTIC PROTECTION

The T-ATV can be equipped with a wide range of certified ballistic protection such as NATO B4, B6 or fibre (Dyneema) lightweight protection.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

The T-ATV is the perfect patrolling vehicle for the carriage of ground surveillance radars which provides continuous 360-degree surveillance for personnel, land vehicles, marine vessels and low-flying aircraft.

AIRDROP OPERATIONS

The T-ATV cab be used for Airdrop Operations. Due to the very low point of gravity and the balanced installation of the lift/tow points the vehicle will always reach the surface stable and, in an operation,-ready position.
